vACC Director:

Head of vACC Saudi Arabia who reports to VATME1 with a rating of no lower than C1 and be appointed by VATME Director. The vACC Director oversees the operation, management, recruitment of staff position applicants and prepares urgent or normal meetings to maintain the vACC’s success and solve problems.

 

vACC Deputy Director:

He works with the vACC Director to ensure that the operations goes as wanted within the vACC as well as reports to the vACC Director. He will be the acting Director of the vACC in case of the absence of vACC Director. Minimum rating required: S3.

 

vACC Membership Manager:

The vACC Membership manager oversees and processes new membership applications within the vACC and implement new procedures regarding the vACC operations in coordination with the vACC Saudi Arabia Director and his Deputy. vACC Membership Manager is also responsible for the proper handling of membership incidents and complaints, which may be escalated to the vACC Saudi Arabia Director when needed. Minimum rating required: S3.

 

vACC Events Manager:

The vACC Event Manager is responsible for attaining and maintaining a regular schedule of events involving the vACC in any way, shape, or form. The vACC Events Manager shall work with other vACC event managers to setup and coordinate events in a professional and timely manner. Also, Event Managers are expected to prepare event documentation ranging from Controller briefing guides to OFPs for our pilots attending our events to use as well as our social media presence on Facebook and twitter networks. Minimum rating required : S2

 

vACC  ATC  Training  Manager:  

The vACC  ATC  Training Manager  is  responsible  for  the management, enforcement and implementation of methodologies to ensure our vACC controllers are always up to date and highly trained to operate in any situation on the network, as well as maintenance of the training records for any controller within the vACC, . ATC Training Manager may also work with ATC Mentors to speed up the training if necessary, while the ATMs hold a rating of no less than I1 to be able to schedule and provide mentorship and examinations.

 

vACC Pilot Training Manager:

 The vACC Pilot Training Manager is responsible for the management, enforcement and implementation of methodologies to ensure our vACC pilots are always up to date and highly trained to operate in any situation on the network, as well as maintenance of the training records for any pilot within the vACC. Pilot Training Manager may also work with Pilot Mentors to speed up the training if necessary, while the ATMs hold a rating of no less than P9 to be able to schedule and provide mentorship and examinations. Minimum rating required: C1.
